Water meter has only 2 wires which are internally connected to the reed switch that closes once on each revolution of small wheel. That indicates that 10 liters has passed.
I connected those 2 wires to esp8266 board and made a connection to my server for data collection.
Node-RED server gets the data from esp8266 via MQTT
